He serves as an Executive Committee Member for the Cardiology Society of India (CSI) Delhi Branch and is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for the Indian Heart Journal. Furthermore, he is an Executive Committee Member of the Indian Academy of Echocardiography and serves as Joint-editor for the Journal of Indian Academy of Echocardiography.1000 liver transplants in last 5 years.

Dr. Agarwal has an impressive track record in research, having co-investigated numerous international clinical trials. Notable studies include the MIRACLE-EF Study (Medtronic), IMPROVE-IT Study (Merck), AKKA Study (Karo Bio), SOLID-TIMI 52 Study (GlaxoSmithKline), and the PALLAS Study (Sanofi Aventis). His commitment to advancing medical knowledge extends to his role as a guide for DNB thesis and a member of the Ethics and Transplant Committee at PSRI.
